Show-O
Tattoo Artist / Graphic Designer / Contemporary artist

Born in Osaka, Japan, Show-O spent ten years working in graphic design and illustration before moving to Europe in 2015. After living in London and Australia, he is now based in Berlin, working as a tattoo artist, graphic designer, and contemporary artist.
His style draws influence from 90s–2000s subcultures, anime, manga, toys, graffiti, fashion, urban landscapes, and street art. Blending the atmosphere of the city with the nostalgia of childhood memories, he creates a playful yet lingering visual world.
Alongside his original character “Akuma©”, he continues to produce and present work across tattooing, contemporary art, and graphic design.

大阪出身。グラフィックデザインおよびイラストレーションの分野で10年間活動した後、2015年にヨーロッパへ拠点を移す。ロンドンとオーストラリアでの生活を経て、現在はベルリンを拠点に、タトゥーアーティスト、グラフィックデザイナー、そしてコンテンポラリーアーティストとして活動している。
90〜2000年代のサブカルチャー、アニメ、漫画、トイ、グラフィティ、ファッション、都市風景、ストリートカルチャーなどから影響を受けたスタイルが特徴。都市の空気感とノスタルジーを交差させながら、遊び心がある余韻の残るビジュアル世界を創り出している。
オリジナルキャラクター「Akuma©」の世界観に、タトゥー、コンテンポラリーアート、グラフィックデザインといった領域を横断しながら制作・発表を続けている。
